Breathe

Exercise & Breathing
Every single process in the body is dependent on oxygen. & especially so when we are exercising. but even when we are not our brains use 20% so if we are exercising & breathing inefficiently & there is a shortage of oxygen it stands to reason that our brains will slow down. Our hearts are
always active and beat round about 100.000 times in a single day. Bad circulation, and cold hands and feet are are result of poor oxygen supply in the blood which is being pumped by the heart. So there are also all those muscles which require oxygen & if there is a shortage they will go tense & tired much fast & for longer than if they have an adequate oxygen supply.
Poor Breathing Habits can affect:
The nervous system — An irregular, short or forced breathing pattern with directly influence stress levels.
The airways — If they get tighter during forced breathing this can make your body work harder & then your stress levels are increased too.
The blood vessels constrict — Which can lead to higher blood pressure and force the heart to work harder.
Energy Levels — When you don't breathe effectively your body will prioritise survival & this means it will stop some of the bodies cells getting vital oxygen
