What you R̤̮O̤̮A̤̮R̤̮ing about?

R̤̮O̤̮A̤̮R̤̮ AWAY or let them stay?

With so many avenues to tap onto exercise, from You Tube, to live class's, apps & shopping channels. I've certainly seen things come & go  - thankfully in some cases the later.
So what helps these crazes we are so used to seeing these days?

Novelty: People are often attracted to new and trendy exercises that promise quick results or offer a unique approach to fitness.

Celebrity Endorsement: When celebrities or influencers promote a particular exercise or workout routine, it can quickly gain popularity due to their influence on public perception.

Media Coverage: Extensive coverage in mainstream media or social media platforms can propel an exercise into the spotlight and make it a fad.

Perceived Effectiveness: If an exercise is perceived as highly effective in achieving specific fitness goals, it's more likely to become a fad as people seek quick and tangible results.

Simplicity: Exercises that are easy to understand and perform, requiring minimal equipment or time, tend to attract more followers and become fads.

Social Influence : Peer pressure and social dynamics play a significant role in the adoption of exercise fads. If a person's social circle embraces a particular exercise trend, they are more likely to join in.

Marketing: Effective marketing strategies, including catchy slogans, appealing visuals, and persuasive testimonials, can contribute to the popularity of an exercise fad.

Cultural Trends: Exercise fads often reflect broader cultural trends and societal values, such as the emphasis on body image, health, and wellness.

Short-term Appeal: Many exercise fads offer the promise of quick results or instant gratification, which can attract individuals looking for immediate changes in their fitness levels or appearance.

Remember you can only move your body safely in certain ways...so let's hear it what have you fallen for you wish you hadn't & what will you always stick with?
