Regardless of the class I always have a relaxation session at the end. It's so important, not only from a cooldown muscle recovery point of view but also for the mind. 

The quality of our sleep can be affected by so many things, what we are wearing or not, the temperature, who we are with, where we are, what we've been doing, what we've eaten, hormones, whats going on in our heads & so much more.
